Keithley Stanley is an esteemed educator and leader, currently serving as the President and Principal Consultant of Elevated Solutions Consulting Group. With 15 years of educational experience, Keithley brings a wealth of knowledge to her role, specializing in creating and implementing effective systems and procedures on campuses. She is driven by a strong belief that knowledge is the foundation for growth and improvement. Her personal value of continuous learning and professional development shines through her work. Known for her solution-oriented approach, she listens attentively to identify challenges but remains focused on finding effective solutions.
Throughout her career, Keithley has held various impactful roles in education. She started as an elementary teacher, and then transitioned to become a high school English teacher, where she continued to inspire and motivate students to achieve their highest potential. Her dedication and innovative teaching methods earned her the prestigious Teacher of the Year award in 2015. Recognized for her leadership skills and commitment to professional growth, Keithley took on the role of Instructional Coach in 2018. In this capacity, she played a pivotal role in analyzing instructional practices, building teachers' and administrators' instructional capacity, and providing targeted coaching and support. Her expertise in leadership coaching and building sustainable campus communication made a lasting impact on the educational community.
As a member of the El Paso Independent School District's Leadership Institute, Keithley played a crucial role in its establishment, working alongside the program director. Through their joint efforts, over 20+ members have been successfully promoted to principal roles, fostering a new generation of exceptional educational leaders. Keithley's dedication to excellence has been acknowledged through numerous accolades. She was nominated for the Life Changer of the Year award in 2016 and, most notably, emerged as a Top 4 Finalist for the Women of Impact Award in 2023, a testament to her outstanding contributions to the field of education.
