Campus Diagnostic
The Campus Diagnostic is a snapshot of how your campus is currently functioning. It begins with an initial meeting with campus leadership to review tasks, materials needed, and pulling campus data. Then, a team of non-stakeholder educators, lead by Elevated Solutions consultants, are tasked with observing classrooms,

reviewing school data, and conducting in in-depth interviews to identify promising practices and school improvement needs. The campus diagnostic concludes with a Campus Diagnostic Briefing presented to you and your leadership team. Utilizing the briefing, our consultants work side-by-side with campus leadership to determine two to three high-leverage focus areas for campus improvement.
