This program is designed to enhance the campus leadership team's connection, and unify their voices to ensure the school mission and vision is clear.
Overview
The One Voice workshop is a comprehensive two-day program designed to empower the campus leadership team (principal, assistant principals, instructional coaches, etc.) in developing a unified voice. Through a combination of expert guidance, collaborative activities, and skill-building exercises, this workshop will address the key areas of expertise, team alignment, communication, trust-building, and sustainable leadership practices. The workshop aims to enhance the team's effectiveness, cohesion, and ability to lead the school community with a unified voice.
