Elevating the Walkthrough Process
Empower your Instructional Leadership Team (ILT) and Classroom Teachers to collaboratively enhance teaching practices, promote professional growth, and drive student success.

Overview
It is important to establish an effective walkthrough process that fosters continuous improvement and drives instructional excellence. Elevating the Walkthrough Process is a unique program that is equally focused on the state evaluation process, as well as your individualized campus commitments. The process is centered around two groups of people on the campus: The Instructional Leadership Team and Classroom Teachers. It starts by focusing the campus Instructional Team’s walkthrough intention, building the capacity of the team members instructional knowledge to successfully identify and support the faculty after the walkthrough, then leveraging the instructional team’s knowledge to build the capacity of classroom teachers during PLCs, coaching sessions, and the state evaluation process. Empower your Instructional Leadership Team (ILT) and Classroom Teachers to collaboratively enhance teaching practices, promote professional growth, and drive student success.
